Dances at Summer Festival

On July 18, 2010 at China Town, Chicago, IL. Description: China Town Summer Festival committee invited our dance school to perform and display Indian dances during there two day long annual summer festival. We performed various dances to entertain big crowd which included Bollywood dancing, Kathak and hip-hop style.

Dances at US Military Fair

On July 7, 2010 at US Military Office, Arlington Heights, IL. Description: US Military invited our dance school to demonstrate Indian culture and food including Indian dances. Our enthusiastic dancers participated in the event and taught the crowd some steps of classical Indian dancing. Our booth was also decorated with Indian flag, posters, and food.

Asian American Festival

On May 20, 2010 at Dailey Center, Chicago, IL. Description: For the third consecutive year our school was invited to perform at Asian American Festival in downtown Chicago. This was a prestigious event since it is attended by dignitaries from Mayor’s office and so many people in busy business district. We performed Bollywood songs wearing beautiful costumes and music.

Dance at Secretary of State

On May 20, 2010 at Office of Secretary of State, Chicago, IL. Description: Secretary of State, Jesse White’s office invited us to perform at their beautiful building. The program was attended by Secretary of State and large number of office goers.

Dance Program at Schaumburg Library

On May 17, 2010 at Central Library, Schaumburg, IL. Description: The Schaumburg Central library invited us to perform a dance a program in their library. We performed more than seven dances including Ganapati Vandana, Bollywood dance and Rajasthani folk dance. The program was attended in large numbers by library patrons and community leaders.
